We tip the scales in favor of brilliant, hard-working folks looking to create and grow businesses in Northern Kentucky. We serve as the “thread” for the regional ecosystem by building a close-knit community that provides entrepreneurs with outsized connectivity to mission-critical resources and reduced barriers to opportunity.Programs & Events
There are plenty of tech accelerators, incubators, and VC funds: there’s only one Northern Kentucky. We’re the Southern part of the Greater Cincinnati region where Midwestern hustle meets Southern hospitality and unbridled grit. We’re a place where the roll-up-your-sleeves, chip-on-your-shoulder kind of ideas find the opportunity to make their mark.
Our people are here to connect your idea to the resources and region that will help make it happen.
In 2013, Brit founded MentorMe, one of the first Software as a Service mentoring startups. Using her experience taking an idea from concept to launch to an investor-backed company, Brit went on to lead entrepreneurship ecosystems in Memphis, TN, and Louisville, KY, before landing in Northern Kentucky. As Executive Director of Blue North, she leads our strategy to bring more great ideas to market while assisting entrepreneurs in scaling their impact and success. Brit's a southpaw who enjoys boxing, medical dramas (Grey's Anatomy, anyone?), road trips with friends, and growing her collection of quirky mugs.
