Since 2019, John has successfully led 40+ EOS implementations for organizations in Greater Cincinnati. As former Managing Partner and CEO of Epipheo, a fast-growing, Cincinnati-based small business, John unconsciously leveraged many of the EOS tools to build and scale the business to 80 employees and $12 million in annual revenue. In 2016 John exited Epipheo and founded Worthy Endeavors, a firm dedicated to helping other small business owners and leaders build healthy and thriving companies by bringing order to the chaos through the implementation of systems like EOS.
